    Larry L. Plummer became licensed as an apprentice auctioneer in July 1979 and as a licensed auctioneer in 1984. He has been licensed as a real estate agent since September, 1982, and earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in December, 1987. In 1996, Larry and his wife developed a 26 lot residential subdivision in Defiance which is “built out”. In 2007, they developed a 21 lot 2nd phase in partnership with Larry’s brother Ray. They also started a development of a 700 acre industrial park in West Defiance. Larry has also built approximately 10 single family homes and 7 duplex units in the Defiance area since 1996.
